Custom Rifle Sales and Service Policy
At the completion of your rifle and as a service to custom rifle customers, we are willing to discuss cleaning specifications, load information, and answer any questions you may have AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Any additional time spent with customers regarding loads, cleaning, click charts, sighting, etc. is subject to additional fees or charges. Thank you.
Online Store Info / Telephone Sales Info
We have done our best to coordinate our prices between our Catalog and our Online Store. If there is a discrepancy however, we apologize. A handling fee of $5.00 is added to all Online Store orders and all telephone orders. All sales require credit card approval, a valid shipping address, and telephone number. All transactions are secured via SSL and IP Address’ are logged. Credit Cards are not charged until your item(s) are shipped. Shipping charges may be adjusted on final billing. Shipment method takes place after order processing (24-48 hours on In-Stock items). Please contact us if you have any questions. At this time we ONLY ship Online Orders to the Lower 48 United States of America. We ship World Wide via Telephone Orders.

We try very hard to ensure that the prices listed on this site and within these pages are correct, however due to changing markets and conditions, they may be outdated. If a current price differs from our online store, you will be contacted via the information you listed during checkout before your card is charged. Shipping charges may also be adjusted prior to final billing.
Stock levels are constantly changing
Items are not guaranteed to be in stock. If an item you order online is expected to be out of stock for an extended period of time, you will be contacted via the information you listed during checkout.
Pennsylvania Residents are required to pay a 6% sales tax.
Returns of merchandise purchased online or at our physical location can not be returned without authorization unless the item differs from what your ordered or is defective. In addition to authorization, there may be a 15% restocking fee applied. Please call 1-800-368-3565 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. No items will be allowed to be returned without this RMA number. A 15% Restocking fee will be charged unless it was a result of our error. All RMA requests MUST be made no later than 14 business days from the date of your invoice.
Ordering Outside of USA (lower 48 states)
We do NOT ship outside the lower 48 U.S.A via the online store at this time. For Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the continental United States, please phone 1-800-368-3656 to place your order.
